Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.
Shipping costs
- Free US standard shipping on orders of $110 or more. The Complete Kit and the Two-Site Set always ship free.
- Orders under $110 ship for a flat $5.99.
Delivery times
US standard shipping: 3â7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.
Shipping protection
Free shipping protection is included with the Complete Kit and the Two-Site Set. If a protected parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo if the parcel or contents are damaged). We'll send a replacement of the affected items at no cost.
Shipping protection is a free replacement promise from us, not an insurance product. Without shipping protection, we'll still help with any lost parcel and file a claim with the carrier for you.

Email info@aquascanpro.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
