These terms apply to your use of aquascanpro.com and purchases from AquaScanPro by Interlitus, MB. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

We work hard to describe products accurately. Product images may be renderings, and colors may vary slightly by screen. Prices are in US dollars and may change, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Bundle savings are calculated against our own prices for the same items bought separately. If an item was clearly mispriced, we'll contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We don't charge you on the website: we contact you to confirm the order and complete payment, and we accept the order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel orders, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

What the product does and doesn't do

The AquaScanPro Optic Water Check Kit is a water-indicator measurement device. Indicator measurements do not establish drinking-water safety or identify every contaminant, and the device does not detect lead, PFAS, bacteria, pesticides or microplastics. Use certified laboratory testing for safety questions. Don't make decisions about drinking water, health or treatment based on indicator readings alone. Follow the calibration, cleaning and immersion instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

All content on this site, including text, images and the AquaScanPro name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
