If the Optic Water Check Kit isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the product price. There's no restocking fee and you don't need to give a reason.

How to return

1. Email info@aquascanpro.com or use our contact form with your order number.
2. We'll reply within one business day with your return address and instructions.
3. Put the protective cap on the meter, and pack it with the items you'd like refunded. The original box is great but not required.
4. Once the return arrives, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Please don't send returns to our office address without contacting us first, because it isn't a returns warehouse. Free gifts (the ebook and shipping protection) have no refund value.

Damaged or faulty items

If something arrives damaged or stops working, email us with your order number and a photo or short video. We'll send a replacement or refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

Warranty

After the 30-day window, the meter is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. The warranty doesn't cover damage from immersing the meter beyond the sensing chamber, dropping it, using cleaning agents not described in the instructions, or other misuse described in the included instructions.

What the warranty is not

The warranty covers the device, not the meaning of a reading. AquaScanPro shows water indicators; it does not establish drinking-water safety. Use certified laboratory testing for safety questions.
